Reward the customers who keep coming back.
TierWise runs a VIP club on your store. Customers reach Bronze, Silver or Gold from what they spend in a year, see their progress inside their account, and earn reward codes as they climb.

Live in an afternoon. Runs itself after that.
No coding, no migrations. Your order history does the heavy lifting.
Install
TierWise imports your order history in the background. Nothing in your store changes yet.
Name your tiers
Set the names, the spend for each tier and any reward codes. Bronze, Silver and Gold are ready to go.
Sync your customers
Every customer gets the tier their history earned, as a tag and on the Rewards page.
Add the Rewards page
Drop the block on a page of your store and link it. From then on every order updates the customer within seconds.
Status that follows real spend.
Customers earn a tier from what they spend in a calendar year. It is fair, it is easy to explain, and it rewards the people who matter most.
- Upgrades happen the moment an order crosses the line.
- A quiet month never takes a badge away. Status is reviewed once, in January.
- Optionally let a tier be reached by order count too, like 3 orders in a year.
- Years follow your store's timezone, so a New Year's Eve order lands in the right year.
Rewards that pay for themselves.
Each tier can give a one-use discount code: when a customer reaches it, and again for every $100 they spend while they hold it. You pick the amount.
- Codes are tied to one customer, and you choose when they expire.
- Discounts don't count toward the next tier, so rewards can't fund a free climb.
- Only orders placed after you launch earn codes. No surprise bulk giveaway on day one.
- Used codes disappear from the customer's page automatically.
Your reward codes
See who is close, and who is slipping.
The members list shows everyone's tier, spend and progress. Filter to the people worth a nudge and export the list in one click.
- Close to the next tier, within an amount you choose.
- Will drop a tier, or leave the club, at the January review.
- Holding a reward code, or one that is about to expire.
- A preview of exactly what 1 January will decide, before it happens.

Proof the program is working.
One dashboard. Since launch against the stretch before, or any period against last year. Green is up. That's the whole idea.
- Sales on orders that used a reward code, and what you kept after the discount.
- The club's share of sales, average order, and repeat customers.
- Members per tier, new members month by month, and orders that pushed someone into a new tier.

Your tools already speak TierWise.
TierWise announces every moment that matters to Shopify Flow. From there it can reach Klaviyo, Slack or anything else Flow connects to.
Five ready-made events
Code issued, code used, tier reached, about to lose tier, tier lost. Each carries the details an email needs.
Klaviyo, step by step
Send the events to Klaviyo and build flows on them. A test button lets you design the email before a real order.
Segments for free
Every member carries a tier tag and loyalty metafields, so Shopify segments and your theme can use them.
The short answers.
Do my customers need to collect points?
No. Tiers come from what customers spend in a calendar year, which they already understand. There is nothing to redeem or convert.
What happens to customers who already shop with me?
Their order history decides their tier from day one, so loyal customers are recognised straight away. Reward codes are only earned by orders placed after you launch, so nobody gets a pile of codes for past spending.
Will it send emails to my customers?
Not on its own. TierWise sends events to Shopify Flow, and you decide what happens: a Klaviyo flow, a Slack message, or nothing at all. You stay in control of every word.
Will it touch my existing customer tags?
Never. TierWise only manages tags that start with loyalty-. Everything else on a customer stays exactly as you left it.
Can I rename the tiers or change the amounts?
Any time, in Settings. Tags follow the new names, and re-applying updates every customer.
Give your best customers a reason to stay.
